Since 2020, our institution has been part of CY Alliance, a group of higher education and research institutions in the western Île-de-France region, united around a shared academic and scientific project. Faced with the current and future challenges of our world, it is essential to move towards greater interdisciplinarity, exchange, openness, and inclusion. This is the raison d'être of CY Alliance.

Strategic Partnership
Since April 2024, ENSEA has been a Strategic Partner of the Institute Mines-Telecom, France's leading public group of Grandes Écoles for engineering and management. Made up of eight public Grandes Écoles and two subsidiary schools, it leads and develops a rich ecosystem of partner schools, economic, academic, and institutional partners, all involved in training, research, and economic development.

Since July 7, 2025, ENSEA has been a signatory to the Territorial Commitment Charter supported by the Cergy-Pontoise Agglomeration CommunityThis charter is a tool for the community to formalize concrete actions of territorial engagement by businesses and stakeholders in the region. This signature reflects a constant commitment: that of an engineering school deeply connected to its region, its businesses, its public and social actors, and its youth.

This new page in our history is the fruit of the work and collaboration of all those who make up and are ENSEA: students, researchers, teachers, staff, alumni and partners.
Beyond Engineering
In 2018, a strategic plan entitled AUDACITY 2024 was adopted unanimously. The action plan to implement it was launched the following year under the name Beyond Engineering. More than a list of boxes to check, it is a real philosophy !
It is a vision of ENSEA and higher education first; but also and above all of engineering and as a mode of action in the service of Society and Humanity.
Concretely, ENSEA is a place where academic excellence and technical expertise go hand in hand with emotional intelligence and social and environmental responsibility. With this in mind, students are encouraged to think and go beyond engineering by developing their curiosity and training in various subjects, in line with the socio-economic challenges of our time.

ENSEA is committed to sustainable engineering and electronics. In the age of the cloud and 100% digitalization, we sometimes forget the real impact these technological innovations have on the world. ENSEA strives to train engineers who are aware of these issues through awareness-raising projects, the implementation of course modules focused on sustainable development, and a third-year specialization.
Across the institution, we are committed to reducing our digital footprint through the renewal and refurbishment of our IT and energy equipment, as well as actions aimed at the entire university community.
ENSEA is committed to the internationalization of our Higher Education
ENSEA is a globally oriented school that allows our students to build an international CV. Indeed, upon completing their studies, 100% of our students have undertaken international mobility, either through study or internships.
To achieve this, the school has a network of 140 partners, giving them access to nearly 300 master's programs worldwide. Throughout their mobility project, they are supported by the International Relations Department, which provides individual support at every stage of their mobility.
By joining ENSEA, students also join an international campus, comprising 10% international students from all over the world.
The school actively contributes to the international appeal of French higher education by developing a recognized welcoming policy. By obtaining the "Bienvenue en France" label in 2019, and then obtaining the highest level of certification (2024 stars) in 3, ENSEA confirms the quality of its international student integration programs.
ENSEA is pursuing an internationalization strategy to open its doors to students from around the world. As part of this, it is involved in numerous projects under the Erasmus+ umbrella, particularly International Credit Mobility projects (KA 171).
From 2020 to 2023, more than 40 Colombian and Argentinian students from 9 partner institutions were able to study at ENSEA for one or more semesters, while benefiting from credit transfers and financial support.
The quality of management of this project was recognized by the European Commission by obtaining the Good Practice label in the management of European projects.
