What is a Master Plan? It is an idea born from ENSEA's multi-year strategic plans, first Audacity 2019-2023then Synergy 2024-2029, with a more restricted perimeter to allow for more precision.
These are therefore strategic documents allowing for a inventory of a theme, from identify areas for development and from prepare future actions over several years.
Student Life Master Plan
As part of its strategic project, in 2023-2024, ENSEA is writing its Master Plan for Student Life. This text outlines the global and cross-functional strategic vision for 2024 to 2029, on the student experience that the school offers to the university community, in coordination with its partners and stakeholders.
And to know where we are going, it is important to understand where we are starting from! For this, the Student Life Barometer was launched in the fall of 2023, to find out the needs and priorities of ENSEArques, on their daily lives: living and working conditions, housing, catering, health, mobility, community life, etc.
This anonymous online survey, offered to all ENSEA students from October 27 to November 19, 2023, included 48 questions and received 85 responses. You can find the results of the Barometer in the links on the right of the page (at the bottom of the page on mobile).
A working group was therefore set up to draft the Master Plan and brought together members of the general management, teaching and administrative staff, and students, leading to the document being voted on by the school's Board of Directors in March 2024.

Master Plan for Sustainable Development and Social and Environmental Responsibility
This master plan, developed for a five-year period, confirms our institution's strategic commitment to fully integrating the ecological and social transition into its activities, practices, and development. It specifies the actions that will be implemented in the areas of governance, teaching, research, the environment, and social policies, while respecting current regulations on these topics. It also aims to prepare our school for the new challenges posed by climate change, biodiversity loss, and public health risks.
The ENSEA Sustainable Development and Social and Environmental Responsibility Master Plan for the period 2025 - 2029 was presented and voted on before the Board of Directors on June 27, 2025.
