The establishment strategy of ENSEA sets the school's direction in its teaching, research and innovation missions. The role of the Director General and his team is to ensure its implementation through an action plan and the operational management of the establishment.

Bodies
The school's statutes define the various governing bodies. Administrative staff, teachers and research professors, and students elect representatives to councils that make decisions that affect the entire institution.
Board of directors
The Board of Directors (BoD) is the governing body of ENSEA, whose role and composition are explained in Decree No. 75-29 of January 15, 1975, establishing the school's status.
The CA meets four times a year and decides on the main areas of the establishment policy, teaching, recruitment and research, on the school budget and the appointment of the Director.
Administrative, teaching, and technical staff members elect their Representatives for a three-year term; students for a one-year term. The last elections took place in December 2024.

The Improvement Committee
Open to the business world, the Improvement Council is a consultative body which provides insight into the development of engineering professions in the electronics and applications sectors.
It allows for the anticipation and preparation of educational orientations linked to the evolution of techniques and professions. It also facilitates the professional integration of engineers in companies.
The Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee is an advisory body whose role is to coordinate and monitor the ENSEA research policyIt meets at least twice a year and participates in defining the profiles of personnel associated with research and gives its opinion on the themes of industrial contracts, patent applications, responses to calls for tender, the promotion of teacher-researchers, etc.
The Scientific Committee is chaired by the Director of ENSEA and co-chaired by the Scientific Director. It is composed of ex officio members, elected members, and co-opted members.
- The ex officio members are the directors of the laboratories and members of the school's management.
- The elected members are staff representatives (teacher-researchers, teachers and BIATOS and doctoral students).
- The co-opted members are recognized figures from the world of university research and industry.
