Governance

The National School of Electronics and its Applications is a public institution, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Its governance is ensured by the Director General, supported by his management team, and by several decision-making bodies.

Vincent MERVAL, Director of ENSEA

The establishment strategy of ENSEA sets the school's direction in its teaching, research and innovation missions. The role of the Director General and his team is to ensure its implementation through an action plan and the operational management of the establishment.

Bodies

The school's statutes define the various governing bodies. Administrative staff, teachers and research professors, and students elect representatives to councils that make decisions that affect the entire institution.

Board of directors

The Board of Directors (BoD) is the governing body of ENSEA, whose role and composition are explained in Decree No. 75-29 of January 15, 1975, establishing the school's status.

The CA meets four times a year and decides on the main areas of the establishment policy, teaching, recruitment and research, on the school budget and the appointment of the Director.

Administrative, teaching, and technical staff members elect their Representatives for a three-year term; students for a one-year term. The last elections took place in December 2024.
