Welcoming international students

ENSEA's international student reception and integration program holds the highest level of "Bienvenue en France" certification awarded by Campus France, the leading organization in this field. We are proud to offer our students a multicultural and inclusive campus, with a 10% international student body.

A service dedicated to you!

The International Relations Office supports international students throughout their stay at ENSEA and Cergy. You can contact them as soon as you arrive! For any questions or assistance, contact us !

  • Director of International Relations: Sophie JOURDAIN-PASQUIER
  • Head of inbound and eco-responsible mobility: Roxane VELFRINGER
  • International Relations Advisor: Eneko CHIPI

Administrative procedures: we’ll guide you!

As soon as the student receives confirmation of their admission, the International Relations Department assists them with their administrative procedures. The student creates an account on an application that allows them to complete their registration step by step.

International students wishing to study in France must meet certain French government requirements. For information, contact the French embassy or consulate in your country.
Citizens of the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland do not require a visa to study and work in France. For more information on visa regulations, please visit: https://www.diplomatie.gouv.fr

The International Relations Office will provide the incoming student with information on health insurance requirements and the extent of medical coverage available to students enrolled in a French public institution.

However, it is the student's responsibility to take out supplementary medical insurance, liability insurance, and repatriation insurance if necessary. For more information: https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr

Understanding student insurance:
Purchasing insurance as a student has never been easier. Many specialized platforms now offer affordable solutions, adapted to the tight budgets and specific needs of young adults. Whether it's liability insurance required for university or housing coverage when moving, the range of options has expanded considerably.
The site ADH stands out by bringing together the essential guarantees useful to students, with an intuitive interface and clear explanations. A valuable aid for discovering the sometimes complex world of insurance with confidence.

Student Services

ENSEA has also set up a service dedicated to supporting student and community life.

The International Relations Office can help incoming students find a room in the nearest student residence after their application has been accepted. If students wish to reserve a room before their arrival, they can inform International Relations directly using the mobility application form available for download on our website.

Several options are available: a room in a public residence (CROUS), or a single or shared room in a private residence. We also provide contact information for private accommodation.
